Features of the Anti-Vibration Sheet

Easily cut to fit the shape or size of the equipment

NonBuren Sheet is extremely easy to install or relocate, with almost no need for special floor preparation. The sheet can simply be placed under vibrating equipment to reduce vibration effectively. Since it can be cut to any size as needed, it also offers excellent cost-efficiency.

Available in 5 Hardness Types

  1. Two size types are available: Type A (t = 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm) and Type B (t = 3 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm).
It can be easily installed by simply placing or inserting it under the equipment.
  2. Available in five different hardness options.
    Hardness 15(Navy) Hardness 30(Light Green) Hardness 40(Red) Hardness 50(Light Blue) Hardness 70(Green)
  3. There is no price difference based on color or hardness. However, if surface treatment is required to reduce stickiness, an additional cost will apply.
  4. The sheets can be cut with scissors or a cutter, or punched using a Thomson die.

Selection Procedure

  1. Selection Procedure
Example of Actual Selection(※e.g., a tower-type PC weighing 6 kg including a cooling fan and hard disk)
  2. Determine the frequency of each component as accurately as possible.
    Cooling fan 3000rpm / 60s = 50Hz
    Hard drive 7200rpm / 60s = 120Hz
  3. Choose the appropriate thickness so that the lowest frequency falls within the range of the thickness selection graph.
From the graph, select a thickness of 5 mm or 10 mm.
If there is enough installation space, it is safer to choose the thicker option.
  4. Determine the appropriate surface area.
If the equipment is supported at four points (one at each corner), calculate the load per point.
    6(kg)/4(points)=1.5(kg) 【Load per point】
Based on the table of hardness and appropriate load, select Hardness 15, 10 mm thick, 25 mm square.
  5. Confirm the sheet part number.
Based on the above, four pieces of Hardness 15, 10 mm thick, 25 mm square are needed, please order one A-type sheet (100 mm square).
Based on the ordering guide below, the part number will be "NSA-s15-t10".

Thickness Selection Graph Based on Minimum Frequency

※Note: Thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 2 mm are available only in Type A (100 mm x 100 mm).
We recommend using thicker sheets whenever possible for better performance.
