Tack Gel for Anchor-Free Seismic Restraint – No Damage to Floors or Equipment
"Anchor free Seismic fixing" is an effective solution for securing equipment against tipping without the need to install anchor bolts in the floor.
By using high-adhesion Tack Gel, it achieves bonding strength that exceeds what is typically offered by other manufacturers.
It also features a removable design, allowing the equipment to be repositioned without damaging the floor, which is ideal for layout changes.
Examples of Anchor-Free Seismic Restraint Applications
Here are actual examples of anchor-free seismic fixing in use.

Example 1
To secure the equipment to the floor, our products were installed at both the front and rear of the unit.
"Tack Gel" is applied to the mounting surfaces of the two metal brackets, using its strong adhesive properties to secure the object to the floor.
This method can also be used for tall items such as racks, bookshelves, and other freestanding furniture. -
Example 2
The size of the mounting surface and the shape of the metal brackets vary depending on the weight and center of gravity of the object to be secured.
When selecting the appropriate configuration, we visit the site to inspect the equipment and installation environment before making a proposal. -
Example 3
Depending on the installation location or shape of the object, it may be difficult to secure it directly to the floor.
As shown in this example, it is also possible to fix the object to an adjacent structure instead.
This approach also serves as reinforcement. -
Example 4
Even cylindrical objects can be securely fixed without any issues.
The commonly used adjuster bolts on the equipment can be easily secured with side-clamping brackets.
Since the brackets are set from the side, there is no need to lift the equipment, so its level and balance remain stable. -
Example 5
This is a two-part system in which a base plate is attached to the floor and an L-bracket is mounted to the equipment.
Precise positioning during installation is not required, making setup easy.
The equipment can also be quickly detached when removal is needed.
